Fresh Rakau, Motueka and Pacifica hops, added at the rather colossal rate of 23 grams per litre. A roll call of the standard IPA adjectives apply here: think dank, piney, tropical and resinous. Times them by 10 and you'll be on the money. Ka Pai!

Citrus and pine notes

Wyeast London Ale III and El Dorado hops, to amplify the 40 kilograms of South West peaches that were added to the 3,000 litre batch post-ferment. All malt was site grown and there is a small addition of Goldings from Rocky Ridge’s hop crop. Massive peach nectar aroma follows through to taste and is complimented by a little pineapple and tea character before closing out with a chalky finish. The NEIPA style haze is restrained – less the typical lupulin fog; instead a city of gold-like mist

Authentic apple cider that’s naturally cloudy, neither sweet nor dry and with a pleasant acidity that’s perfect for warm Summer days.

Sweet malt characters run parallel to a balanced bitterness. The lighter body is filled out slightly by the inclusion of rolled oats but remains imminently drinkable. Judicious use of Galaxy and Topaz hops keep Calm Ya Farm approachable while leaning towards spicy rather than tropical fruit bomb in nature.

Session sits comfortably as a modern Australian, "summer hop" driven beer with a tropical nose, light malt base and low bitterness.

There’s a unique flavour and aroma that has floral notes but underlays citrus, passionfruit and grapefruit.
